Ever since I was a child, I have been fascinated by textiles and the stories behind each object. Growing up in Japan, I had the honor of being surrounded by gorgeous Japanese kimonos and obis. My mother was a fashion designer and was my inspiration to start branching off to make my own creations out of vintage and antique fabrics.
